Collector significance: This is not the standard OP16-065 SR. It is the Simplified Chinese manga-style serialized printing, featuring Sakazuki seated against manga-panel artwork with the individual number 48 printed directly on the card front. That number belongs to this exact physical copy pictured in the listing. Major ONE PIECE card databases separately catalog OP16-065 in standard, alternate-art and manga printings, making the manga treatment a distinct version of the card. No total serialized print run is claimed here unless verified by Bandai.

Gameplay: Sakazuki is a 7-cost, 8000-power Purple Navy Character. On play, he can spend a DON!! to heavily suppress an opposing Character's power through the opponent's next End Phase. In a Navy deck, his once-per-turn main effect can also convert a rested DON!! into up to 2 newly active DON!! from the DON!! deck, giving the card both board-control and resource-acceleration utility.

Character background: Sakazuki, formerly known by the Admiral title Akainu, is the Fleet Admiral of Navy Headquarters. He possesses the Logia-type Mag-Mag Fruit, fights with magma, and is known for an uncompromising approach to justice.
